Thank you, in advance, for choosing and trusting us to take care of your hair care needs.

upon booking, we require a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment time. a credit card on file is also required at the time of booking. your deposit will be deducted from your total service cost the day of your appointment. *Please note that all deposits are non- refundable, however if you'd like to reschedule, you may roll your deposit over to the new appointment.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. 

Please understand that when you schedule, we reserve time for you. the courtesy of at least 24 hours' notice for cancelling gives us time to fill the time slot we had reserved for you. cancelling the same day does not. For this reason, Same day cancellations and no-shows are treated alike, and will require the service you booked to be paid for in full. it will be charged to your card on file. a deposit will be required to schedule with us again.
